After her postgraduate specialization, she began her career as a consultant in Italy and, later, abroad, moving to Latin America where she worked as a consultant, mainly in the financial institutions sector.
On returning to Italy, she founded Management Search, as Managing Partner, with the aim of creating Italy’s first company devoted to Executive Search for financial institutions. Having established itself as leader in the sector, the company extended its consulting activities to other sectors. Tiziana del Vecchio conducts executive search and management appraisal, exclusively for senior executive positions, for financial institutions, for industry and for the service sector.
She was a member of the Advisory Board for the PWA (Professional Women’s Association) in Italy until 2015, responsible for assessing and promoting qualified women candidates for positions on the Board of Directors.

He joined JP Morgan, initially in New York and later in Milan, within the Corporate and Investment Banking Division, where he managed relationships with the main Italian and international industrial groups and developed the bank’s activities globally.
After leaving JP Morgan, he joined Olivetti as Head of the Group’s Foreign Financial Companies, to organize their development and provide support to the group internationally.
He was later appointed Chief Financial Officer of Olivetti Office, as well as manager of Investor Relations for the group, maintaining relations with leading financial institutions and major institutional investors internationally.
He has been a partner of Management Search since 1993, providing consulting services in the talent management and executive search fields, for senior executive positions in the service and utilities sectors and in industry.
He was a member of the AESC European Council (global Association of Executive Search Consultants) from 2011 to 2015.

After graduating, Filippo Rinaldi joined the Investment Banking Division of UBM-Unicredit Banca Mobiliare, overseeing corporate finance and share listing for leading Italian industrial groups.
He later took part in the launching of M&A activities for the group, responsible for devising and carrying out operations aimed at the major Italian groups, operating in all sectors.
At Management Search since 2004, he is responsible for executive search and executive assessment projects.
He is a member of the AESC European Council (global Association of Executive Search Consultants) since 2015.

After graduation, Mario Ceretti joined Arthur Andersen & Co. where he became an Audit practitioner. He then joined the Well Logging Division of Schlumberger where he held senior Finance and Control positions in Italy and UK.
He subsequently moved to Olivetti where he held various senior roles in Finance and Control in Italy and abroad and, finally was appointed Investor Relation Officer for the Group’s three listed Companies.
In the Executive Search industry since 1991, initially at Russell Reynolds Associates and subsequently at TRANSEARCH International, initially as Managing Partner Italy and more recently Vice President Western Europe and Senior Partner.
Since September 2018 in Management Search, providing consulting services in talent management and executive search for senior executive positions and serving clients in the Consumer Markets, General Industry, Real Estate and Private Equity.
He has been Member of the AESC European Council (the Association of Executive Search and Leadership Consultants) between 2008 and 2010 and a Member of the Global Board between 2010 and 2012.

After graduating, Isabella Kuster joined Quanta S.p.A., where she began her career as a consultant. She then joined Signium Intrernational, initially in Italy and later in Switzerland, providing executive search services and talent management consulting to businesses across a wide range of sectors. Back to Italy she later co-founded an HR Tech startup, where she was mainly responsible for client acquisition and business development. At Management Search since September 2019, she provides consulting services in executive search and management assessment.
